The buffet style lunch includes salad of mixed greens with champagne vinaigrette or creamy herb dressing, three
entrée choices, rolls, coleslaw, fruit salad, potato chips, coffee, tea, non-alcohol beverages, and a “Sugar Bakers sampler” dessert (fudge brownies, blondies, and lemon, cherry cheesecake and pecan bars. The entrée choices are Seafood Annapolis (shrimp and crab in an Old Bay cream sauce over rice), Honey Ham and Swiss with Dijonnaise on croissants, and Chicken Salad with croissants.
Our speaker will be Paul Glenshaw, an artist, documentarian, historian, and popular Smithsonian Associates lecturer with a passion for storytelling and aviation. He will talk about “Charlie Willis: a Fabulous Character.” Willis, a Shipley in the Richard line, was a World War II pilot, served on Eisenhower’s White House staff, and was President of Alaskan Airlines.
